Sephora in Dallas, TX is hiring an Operations Leader to manage store operations and inventory — Full‑time hourly role ($26–$34/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups and general store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and develop operations and retail teams on operational processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics.
  • Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to meet store goals and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures and operational standards while fostering an inclusive and accountable team culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated aptitude for motivating others.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for stocking and merchandising tasks.
