Sephora seeks an Operations Leader in Dallas, TX to oversee inventory, merchandising and team development ($26–$34/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional setup to uphold brand presentation standards and support sales initiatives.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team on operational processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics to drive individual and store results.
- Support and contribute to an exceptional client experience by partnering with the store team to meet service and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and store maintenance requirements to create a secure shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling expectations and maintain reliable attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality (team leadership and coaching experience required).
- Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability and deliver measurable results against operational targets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach and develop teammates.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly hours (30–40 hours/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, demonstrating team coaching, operational oversight and achievement of store targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 34 per hour.
