Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to uphold Sephora's brand standards and maximise sales impact.
- Coach, mentor and develop operations team members to instill best practices in selling behaviours, operational processes and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols and loss-prevention procedures to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Partner with the broader store team to support exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong coaching, performance management and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational aptitude, attention to detail and practical problem-solving in a dynamic retail setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for stock replenishment and merchandising tasks.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with proven results in inventory control, team development and execution of merchandising initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or retail/management coursework preferred.
