Sephora Operations Leader position in Corpus Christi, TX. Full-time retail operations management role at $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations team, ensuring inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of store goals
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all clients and staff
- Maintain flexible scheduling and demonstrate reliability, including availability during peak retail hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
