Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and support store goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, empowerment, and accountability across the operations team
- Ensure adherence to Sephora policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Monitor and manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak retail operations
Qualifications
