Sephora in Concord, CA is hiring an Operations Leader (full-time) — hourly $28.00–$34.30/hr to lead store operations, inventory and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and drive sales performance.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to build capability and sustain high standards of service and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and operational standards to create a secure and inviting shopping environment.
- Support the sales floor and partnership with client-facing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve store KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, store management, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to meet performance targets.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build an inclusive, accountable team culture.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail operations, store leadership, or a high-volume hospitality environment, with demonstrable results in team development and inventory control.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 34.30 per hour.
