Sephora in Concord, CA is hiring an Operations Leader (full-time) — hourly $28.00–$34.30/hr to lead store operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and drive sales performance.
  • Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to build capability and sustain high standards of service and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and operational standards to create a secure and inviting shopping environment.
  • Support the sales floor and partnership with client-facing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve store KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, store management, or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to meet performance targets.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build an inclusive, accountable team culture.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
