Operations Leader position at Sephora Columbus, OH. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams in this full-time hourly role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met across the store
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales performance
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of openness, inclusivity, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to create a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak retail operations and maintain punctuality and attendance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
