Sephora Columbus, OH — Operations Leader (full-time) at Polaris Parkway store. Lead inventory, merchandising and operations. $24–$31/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
  • Lead visual merchandising, promotional execution and store presentation to maintain brand standards and drive sales.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the operations team to meet performance metrics, sell-through goals and service expectations.
  • Partner with store leadership to support an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety standards.
  • Manage scheduling expectations and maintain dependable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Proven coaching skills with experience using performance metrics to drive team outcomes.
  • Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
  • Flexible availability to work peak retail hours and meet full-time scheduling requirements (30–40 hours/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with a track record of coaching teams to meet operational and sales objectives.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
