Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional execution and store presentation to maintain brand standards and drive sales.
- Coach, develop and motivate the operations team to meet performance metrics, sell-through goals and service expectations.
- Partner with store leadership to support an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety standards.
- Manage scheduling expectations and maintain dependable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Proven coaching skills with experience using performance metrics to drive team outcomes.
- Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours and meet full-time scheduling requirements (30–40 hours/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with a track record of coaching teams to meet operational and sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.
