Operations Leader at Sephora, Columbia, MD – Full-time, $26–$30/hr. Lead retail operations, manage teams, and drive brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance aligned with Sephora brand standards
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achievement of store sales goals
- Coach and develop team members through guidance, training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable
- Maintain company policies and create a safe, welcoming shopping environment for all clients
- Meet minimum required weekly shift hours (30–40 hours per week) with availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
