Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand standards and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Guide, train, and develop team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of openness, inclusivity, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered
- Uphold company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping environment for clients and staff
Qualifications
