Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
  • Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards and drive sales.
  • Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
  • Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
