Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational accuracy.
  • Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotional setup and ongoing store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s standards and commercial objectives.
  • Coach, train and develop the operations team to improve selling behaviours, operational competencies and performance against metrics.
  • Partner with the sales team to support outstanding client experience and contribute to achievement of store goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and occupational health & safety standards.
  • Manage scheduling reliability and flexibility to cover peak trading hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum shift requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a comparable customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline teams to achieve business results.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; consistent punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
