Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold the brand's image and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
- Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity within the team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
