Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store performance goals
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives
