Sephora is hiring an Operations Leader in Chicago (State Street) — Full-time, $26–$34/hr. Lead store operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, develop and schedule operations team members to meet performance metrics, store goals and Sephora service standards.
- Support the client experience by collaborating with sales teams to ensure seamless service and efficient store flow.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures and store maintenance standards.
- Manage flexible staffing and scheduling to meet peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop front-line teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective problem-solving under dynamic conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
- Available to work a full-time schedule (typically 30–40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with demonstrated success in managing inventory, executing merchandising initiatives and coaching teams to meet operational and sales objectives.
