Operations Leader – Sephora, Cheektowaga, NY. Full-time hourly role leading retail operations and teams at Walden Galleria store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives, coordinate promotional events, and maintain store presentation to uphold Sephora's brand standards
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the operations team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store performance goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that promotes accountability and success
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment for all customers
Qualifications
