Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Drive visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand identity and support sales
- Partner with the operations team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achievement of store goals
- Coach, guide, and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and accountability; promote teamwork and empower team members
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to create a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
