The Operations Leader at Sephora oversees store operations, inventory, merchandising and order fulfillment while coaching the team and supporting an exceptional client experience. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, with an hourly pay range of $24.00–$27.50 depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment, ensuring operational standards are met.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
