Sephora Operations Leader in Charlotte, NC – Full-time retail operations role managing inventory, merchandising, and team development. $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Lead the operations team and coach members to develop their skills and advance their careers at Sephora
- Drive visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand identity and support sales objectives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and accountability while promoting an open and empowered workplace environment
- Maintain compliance with company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all customers

Qualifications
