Sephora in Cerritos, CA is hiring an Operations Leader (Full Time). Hourly pay $28.00–$32.20; lead store operations and team coaching.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, stock accuracy and order fulfillment to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to preserve brand standards and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and mentor operations and sales team members on operational processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives.
  • Support delivery of exceptional client experience through partnership with sales colleagues and by maintaining store presentation and safety standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and loss-prevention procedures and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment; 3 years preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet a 30–40 hour full‑time schedule.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 32.20 per hour.
