Sephora Castle Rock seeks an Operations Leader — full‑time hourly role ($26–$34/hr) overseeing store operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and operational standards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups and maintenance to preserve brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, mentor and develop the operations team to improve selling behaviours, operational competence and career progression.
  • Support the client experience by partnering with store teams to deliver excellent service and help achieve store performance goals.
  • Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet required weekly hours and ensure reliable coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to meet goals and uphold brand standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and problem‑solving skills with effective time management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster an inclusive, accountable team culture.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Experience
