Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to drive store success
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach, train, and develop team members through mentorship on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with store team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving sales and operational goals
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment where all team members feel valued
- Ensure adherence to Sephora standards, company policies, and safety protocols to create a welcoming shopping environment
