Sephora Operations Leader position in Brooklyn, NY. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams. $28–$32/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with teams to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and accountability while promoting collaborative teamwork
- Maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to creating a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays to support peak retail operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality
