Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention to ensure efficient store performance.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups and routine store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, develop and evaluate store operations team members to improve operational execution, selling behaviours and attainment of performance metrics.
- Partner with sales teams to support exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store goals and KPIs.
- Enforce company policies and safety standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture within the store.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet required weekly hours (30–40 hrs/wk) and ensure coverage for peak retail periods (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective problem-solving under dynamic retail conditions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven capacity to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Availability for flexible scheduling and consistent punctuality; able to meet full‑time weekly hour requirements (30–40 hours).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

Education
