Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
- Guide and train team members, fostering their development in operational processes and selling behaviors.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
