Sephora Operations Leader role in Boca Raton, FL—lead retail operations, manage inventory, and coach teams in this full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Guide and coach team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with teams to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve store goals
