Sephora Operations Leader, Bloomington MN – Full-time retail operations leadership role managing store inventory, merchandising, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with store team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achievement of store goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment among team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
