Sephora Operations Leader full-time position in Austin, TX. Lead store operations, manage inventory, and coach teams. $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand identity and drive sales performance
- Coach and develop team members through guidance, training, and mentorship to build fulfilling career paths and enhance operational competency
- Partner with the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving store goals and targets
- Foster a culture of openness, inclusivity, and accountability that empowers all team members
- Ensure adherence to Sephora company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping environment for clients and staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve measurable business goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
