Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations team to ensure store efficiency and exceptional client experience
- Manage inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, and enforce operational standards
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales goals
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered

Qualifications
