Sephora Operations Leader in Austin, TX—lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams in a full-time hourly role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency and success
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving store goals
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives to build fulfilling career paths
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture where all team members feel empowered and accountable
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment for clients and staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality

Experience
