Sephora seeks a full-time Operations Leader in Atlanta to oversee store operations, inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, visual merchandising, and team development. The role requires 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and pays $24.00–$27.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and compliance with operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to support brand presentation and sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an open, inclusive culture where team members feel empowered.
- Uphold company policies and help maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum weekly shifts and hours; work peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality; 3 years minimum.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Availability for full-time work of 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
