The Operations Leader oversees store operations, inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising while coaching the team and supporting an exceptional client experience. This is a permanent, full-time role scheduled for 30–40 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $26.00–$28.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold company policies and help create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality; 3 years minimum experience.
