Sephora is seeking a full-time Operations Leader for its Briarwood Mall store in Ann Arbor. The role leads store operations, inventory and merchandising, client experience, and team development; full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week. Pay is $24.00–$27.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors related to the position or location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week.
