Sephora seeks a full-time Operations Leader in Ann Arbor to oversee store operations, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and team development. The role requires availability for 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum number of weekly shifts; hourly pay is $24.00–$27.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store goals.
- Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications
