Operations Leader full-time retail position at Sephora Anchorage. Lead store operations, manage inventory, coach team members. $26–$30/hr hourly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team and directly oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards
- Drive visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand identity and maximize sales performance
- Partner with the broader store team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achievement of store-level goals
- Coach and develop team members, providing guidance on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives to build career pathways
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment across the operations team
- Maintain compliance with Sephora policies and contribute to creating a safe, welcoming shopping environment for all clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Effective time management with ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

Education
