Sephora Anchorage is hiring an Operations Leader (full-time hourly $26–$34/hr) to lead store operations, inventory and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand standards and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team in operational processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Maintain store maintenance standards and coordinate with facilities for upkeep and repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality (supervisory or lead role preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and consistent punctual attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with demonstrated responsibility for inventory control, visual merchandising and frontline team supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
