Sephora Operations Leader, full-time hourly role at Disneyland store in Anaheim, CA. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand and drive sales performance
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives to build fulfilling career pathways
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store-level performance goals
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity, ensuring all team members feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications
