Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
