The Sephora Operations Leader oversees store operations, inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and maintenance while supporting client service and store goals. The role leads and develops the operations team and requires a full-time schedule of 30–40 hours per week; the position is permanent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and compliance with operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
