Operations Lead at Sephora Winnipeg – CAD$20.80–$24.45/hr. Lead store operations, manage inventory and team performance in this full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct management of all operations team members, including overnight stock teams and operations leadership
- Lead operational excellence and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines and timeframes
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain company standards
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews by providing feedback, coaching, and escalation
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
- Participate in performance management situations for the operations team and deliver timely feedback
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations skills and understanding of operational workflows
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving abilities
