Sephora Canada seeks an Operations Lead in White Rock, BC to manage store operations, inventory and overnight teams at BC‑Grandview Corners.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all store operations, ensuring consistent execution of company processes and standards.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle activities including shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts and accuracy controls.
  • Directly manage the store operations team and provide day-to-day coaching, feedback and performance management.
  • Coordinate and supervise overnight stock teams and third‑party cleaning crews, ensuring adherence to agreed standards.
  • Maintain on-stage visual merchandising and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage supplies, testers and sample inventory to meet budgeted levels and operational needs.
  • Act regularly as Manager on Duty on the sales floor, supporting Beauty Advisors and engaging with clients.
  • Monitor controllable expenses and contribute to staffing, payroll and budget strategy to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of retail operations or store leadership experience in a high‑volume cosmetics or specialty retail environment; equivalent internal experience accepted.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback; strong coaching capability.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and retail operations processes.
  • Effective time management, problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Flexible availability, including support for overnight stock operations, evenings and weekend shifts.

Experience

One to three years of progressive retail operations or store leadership experience at a similar volume store; equivalent internal experience considered.

Education
