Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations team at a specific Sephora store location.
- Ensure execution of all operational processes according to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Manage visual merchandising to align with company standards.
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching.
- Maintain appropriate budget and supply levels for the store.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
