Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations-related aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
  • Manage supply budgets and ensure adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
  • Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Skills

Strong store operations skills. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
