Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations-related aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and ensure adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
