Sephora Operations Lead, Vancouver – full-time retail operations management role overseeing store inventory, merchandising, and team supervision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational processes for the store location, ensuring adherence to company standards and timely completion of tasks
- Directly supervise and develop the operations team, providing performance feedback and coaching
- Oversee inventory management activities including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting to meet company guidelines
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays in accordance with brand standards
- Coordinate in-house and third-party cleaning crews, ensuring compliance with agreed standards through feedback and coaching
- Maintain appropriate budget and supply levels for store materials, testers, and samples
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor as needed
- Develop and monitor budget strategies while managing controllable expenses and payroll
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and staffing requirements
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar operations role at a similar-volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills and process execution capabilities
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
