Operations Lead role at Sephora Vancouver: manage store operations, team, inventory, and visual merchandising. CAD$22.85–$28.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support all operations-related aspects of the store location and directly manage all members of the operations team
- Lead overall store operations, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes in compliance with company standards
- Manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, cycle counting, and adherence to company timelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals to align with company standards
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as necessary
- Manage supply procurement processes to maintain appropriate budget and quantity of testers, samples, and operational supplies
- Participate in performance management activities for the operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching for improvement
- Perform manager-on-duty responsibilities and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and implement budget strategies; demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar operations leadership role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal retail experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback
- Strong store operations and inventory management skills
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
