Sephora Toronto seeks Operations Lead for high-volume retail store. Manage inventory, teams, and store operations. CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring execution of operations-focused processes per company standards
- Direct management of operations team members, including overnight stock teams and operations leadership personnel
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Manage merchandising concepts and visual displays in alignment with company visual standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and performance escalation
- Manage budgets and supplies including testers, samples, and operational expenditures
- Participate in performance management and development of operations team members, delivering timely feedback
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients throughout the sales floor
- Develop and monitor store budget strategies with focus on payroll, staffing, and controllable expenses
- Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance analysis and financial management
Qualifications
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations and retail management skills
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead diverse teams
Skills
Experience
One to three years of experience in a similar Operations Lead or Store Manager role at a comparable volume retail location, or equivalent internal experience in retail operations management.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
