Sephora Operations Lead, Toronto - Full-time retail operations management role overseeing store inventory, team management, and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support all operations-related aspects of the store location and directly manage all members of the operations team
- Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards
- Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting within company guidelines and timeframes
- Oversee merchandising concepts and visual displays to ensure alignment with company standards
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as necessary
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
- Participate in performance management for the operations team and deliver timely feedback for improvement
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with beauty advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar operations role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations skills and knowledge
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for client engagement and retail excellence

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
