Operations Lead at Sephora's Toronto Liberty Village store — full-time management role overseeing retail operations, inventory, and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations team members, including overnight stock team and operations leadership
- Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes and adherence to company standards
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within established timeframes
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain brand standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching on adherence to agreed standards
- Manage supplies, testers, and samples budget and inventory levels
- Participate in performance management and provide timely, constructive feedback to operations team members
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and execute budget strategies
- Monitor store sales performance, staffing levels, payroll, and other controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role at a comparable retail volume or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
