Sephora Operations Lead (Full-Time) in Toronto – Oversee store operations, inventory, and team management in retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct management of all operations team members, including overnight stock and operations leadership staff
- Execute all operations-focused processes per company standards and within specified timeframes
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, returns processing, and cycle counting
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain company brand standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing coaching and feedback on adherence to agreed standards
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples
- Conduct performance management and deliver timely feedback to operations team members
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and manage store budget strategies
- Analyze and optimize store sales performance, staffing levels, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable-volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations and inventory management skills
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of store sales performance metrics and staffing optimization
